Large double room in a bright two-bedroom flat on the first floor. The room is furnished (double bed, desk, wardrobe) and overlooks a quiet garden. You would share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with one flatmate — a friendly nurse who works shifts.
The flat is in a residential area, five minutes' walk from the tube station and well connected to the centre. There are plenty of shops and a local market nearby, and a park within walking distance.
£750 a month, bills included (except electricity). Deposit: one month's rent. Available from 1 September, minimum six months. We're looking for a tidy non-smoker who doesn't mind taking turns with the household jobs. No pets, sorry. References required.
