1. Format: anchor weekend + month of small events (Sam). Agreed.
2. Date: September for the anchor — Tom: 2019 marquee lost £3k at July rates; council not told. Agreed, subject to Sam (he says «parked»).
3. Lead: I proposed Ana. Ana: yes if deputy + stop date. Agreed in principle.
4. Sponsors: brewery «interested», NOT asked. Sam to ask before 18th? — not clear who.

For those who were not there, this reconciles four sets of notes (Sam, Priya, Tom and Claire's text). Where they differ, I say how I have recorded it.
Agreed
1. Format. An anchor weekend plus a month of small events around it, most costing nothing. This was Sam's proposal, made in place of his original single weekend, and all four notes record it as accepted.
2. Date. September for the anchor weekend. The deciding fact came from Tom: the 2019 marquee cost £3,000 more than budgeted at July rates, and September rates are roughly half. Priya's notes record this as «agreed, subject to Sam»; Sam's record July as «parked, not dead». I have recorded September as agreed for planning purposes, with July parked at Sam's request — Sam, please say if that is not fair.
3. Lead. Priya proposed that Ana lead rather than the committee. Ana agreed in principle on two conditions: a deputy and a fixed stop date. Both conditions are accepted; the deputy is not yet named.
Actions
— Ana to inform the council of the 2019 loss this week, before it comes to light otherwise (proposed by Alex, accepted by Ana).
— Tom to obtain an insurance quote for a September date (Tom's note; Priya's note agrees).
— Someone to ask the brewery whether it will sponsor. This is unassigned: Priya's notes suggest Sam, Sam's do not, and Tom's stress that no sponsor money is in the budget until someone asks. Sam, can you confirm you will do this before the 18th?
Outstanding
— Deputy: open. Tom's notes say he «could be» but did not say so in the meeting; Tom, do you want to be considered?
— Sponsorship: untested. For clarity, Sam's figure of «sixteen» meant £16,000 in total — £8,000 from the council plus £8,000 hoped for from sponsors — not £16,000 from the brewery. The budget as it stands is £8,000.
— Insurance: quote pending.
Differences reconciled
Claire's text records September without Sam's reservation; I have added it. Tom's note reads «I told them» about 2019, which I take to mean the committee at the time, not the council — Tom, please confirm.
Next meeting: 18 March. Please correct anything I have got wrong before then; silence I will take as «no corrections», not as agreement to every line.
