Нюансы
- best endeavours (брит.) — в праве сильнее reasonable endeavours; всё равно не гарантия результата.
- minded to — официальный оборот (советы, регуляторы): «склоняется» без решения.
- subject to contract — формула, защищающая от случайного обязательства; ставится на письмах.
- heads of terms = term sheet (амер.); обычно non-binding, кроме конфиденциальности.
