Погода и природа: как сказать и как это влияет на планы
О погоде говорят безличным it (It's pouring, It's humid) и оборотом there's + существительное (There's a heatwave, There was a flood). Планы связывают с погодой через depend on и условные предложения: If it rains, we'll stay in.

weather — неисчисляемое: a weather, weathers; «какая погода?» — What's the weather like?
It's hot — о погоде; I'm hot — «мне жарко». I am heat — ошибка.
drought читается /draʊt/, flood — /flʌd/ (не «флуд»).
countryside — природа за городом; country — страна (и «сельская местность» в обороте in the country).
