Совместная работа: ожидания, вклад и конструктивное разногласие
Группа работает, когда три вещи названы вслух: ожидания (set expectations: что сдаём — deliverable — и когда), вклад (contribution, division of labour, take ownership of) и способ разногласий (friction — неизбежно; constructive — по правилу). Язык здесь двусторонний: сказать, что ждёшь (I'll hold you to that), и признать, что не тянешь (I'm not pulling my weight this week).

- pull one's weight — идиома о справедливой доле; отрицание (isn't pulling their weight) — обычная форма упрёка.
