Dear David,
Further to our conversation on Tuesday, I am writing to ask whether it would be possible to add a short «Meet the teachers» page to phase one. Our marketing manager feels it is essential for the September enrolment. I realise this is a change to the agreed scope, and I would be grateful if you could let me know what it would mean for the timeline and the cost. If it is not feasible before the launch, we can live with it being part of phase two.
One outstanding issue: we have not yet received the test link for the enquiry form, which, as agreed, needs to be tested by 15 August.

Dear Helen,
Thank you for your email. A «Meet the teachers» page is certainly possible. The constraint is time rather than cost: adding it before the launch would push the go-live date back by about four working days, from 29 August to 4 September. If the date is non-negotiable, the best we can do is a simple version of the page — photos and two lines per teacher, using the photos you supply — at no extra charge, provided that we receive the photos and text by 12 August. The full version, with video introductions, could then be added in phase two at a cost of £400.
With respect to the enquiry form, I apologise: the test link should have been sent on Monday, and there was no need for you to chase it. It is attached. Please test it by the 15th as agreed and let us know of any problems.
Could you confirm which option you would prefer? I will then update the schedule and put the change in writing.
