Доказательный рассказ об опыте: ситуация → задача → действие → результат → вывод
На собеседовании и в письме об опыте рассказ должен доказывать, а не описывать. Схема STAR: ситуация (контекст, одно предложение), задача (что от вас требовалось), действие (что сделали именно вы — I, не we), результат (измеримый: quantify) и вывод (lesson learned, in hindsight). Связки результата: as a result of, which led to, the upshot was, brought about.

Ошибки новичков: We did вместо I did — на собеседовании нужно ваше действие; I made a great job → did a good job; the result was very good — без цифры не убеждает; I learned a lot — назовите что именно.
Нюансы
- В действии говорите I: интервьюер оценивает вас, а не команду. «We» — только там, где действительно вместе.
- the upshot — разговорно-деловое «итог»; в отчёте — the outcome / the net effect.
- take credit for — обычно в отрицании или с честной оговоркой; хвастаться — claim credit.
- lesson learned (ед.) / lessons learned (мн.) — устойчиво с причастием после существительного.
- Результат без цифры на C1 звучит как мнение: если цифры нет — назовите измеримый признак (time, cost, number).
