Масштаб изменения: доля, темп, кратность и слова величины
«Выросло» ничего не говорит; на C1 нужен масштаб: насколько (by 15 %, twofold), до какого уровня (to 35 %), как быстро (the rate of increase), какая доля (proportion, share), в каких единицах (per capita, in real / absolute terms) — и оценка величины словом: negligible → marginal → modest → noticeable → substantial → dramatic. Нюансы
- by — на сколько; to — до какого уровня; from … to — откуда куда.
- marginal в экономике также «предельный» (marginal cost) — контекст различает.
- twofold — прилагательное и наречие: a twofold increase · increased twofold.
- significant в статистике = «не случайный», не «большой»; в обычной речи — «заметный».
- per capita — латынь, без артикля и без -s.
