Предложение по источникам — четыре части. Цель (aim: что должно измениться, измеримо). Основания (grounds: что говорят источники, с указанием, и ваш вывод). Ограничения (limitations: пробелы источников, риски, допущения — с вводными оговорками it should be noted that, admittedly, to be clear). Действия (actions: кто, что, к какой дате; milestones; бюджет; stopping rule — при каком результате остановиться). Рекомендация — одна, с условиями; риски — с мерами (mitigation).

Нюансы
- aim — измеримо (10 % за шесть месяцев); «улучшить ситуацию» — не цель.
- grounds — множественное; on the grounds that — на том основании, что.
- stopping rule — из клинических испытаний; в проекте это честность: заранее известно, при чём остановиться.
- mitigation — мера, снижающая риск; ставится рядом с риском, не отдельным списком.
- Одна рекомендация с условиями убедительнее трёх без.
