Фиксация договорённости: смысл, ответственные, сроки и нерешённое
Обсуждение без фиксации — потерянное время. Договорённость закрепляют четырьмя ходами: смысл (so we're agreed that …; did I get that right?), распределение (who's doing what by when; action point → owner), сроки (by close of play Thursday), нерешённое (one outstanding question). Затем — read back (зачитать) и circulate (разослать). Тот, кто это делает, — не обязательно ведущий; в Speaking Part 3 это признак сильного участника.

Нюансы
- we're agreed that (состояние: договорились) — чуть официальнее, чем we agree.
- by close of play — британское деловое; в письме — by end of day (EOD).
- owner пункта — не «владелец», а ответственный; to own an action.
- outstanding здесь — «нерешённый», а не «выдающийся»; контекст различает.
- read back — из телефонии (повторить услышанное); в переписке — «summary below, shout if wrong».
